These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voyaro Life website and the purchase of Voyaro eSIM data plans ("Services"). Voyaro eSIM is a brand operated under Voyaro Life. By ordering from us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Voyaro is a reseller of travel eSIM data plans. An eSIM is a digital SIM delivered as a QR code that provides mobile data on supported networks in your destination. We do not provide voice calling or SMS unless explicitly stated in a plan.

2. Device eligibility

To use a Voyaro eSIM, your device must be (a) eSIM-compatible and (b) carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. We cannot refund plans purchased for incompatible or locked devices once the eSIM QR has been issued.

3. Ordering & payment

• Orders are placed through our WhatsApp channel. Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is collected via UPI. Your order is confirmed only after we verify receipt of payment.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and to refund amounts paid in such cases.

4. Delivery & activation

• After payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are delivered to you on WhatsApp, typically within minutes and in any case as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Most plans begin billing on first network connection in the destination. Some plans begin on first installation — this is indicated per plan.
• eSIMs generally must be installed within a pre-installation window (commonly 180 days) from the date of issue.

5. Data, speeds & fair use

"Truly Unlimited" plans have no data cap and are not throttled during the validity period. "Unlimited (Fair-Use)" plans provide a set high-speed data allowance per day; once exceeded, speeds are reduced for the remainder of that day. "Limited" plans provide a fixed data volume over the validity period. Actual speeds (3G/4G/5G) depend on your device, the local network, and coverage, and are not guaranteed.

6. Coverage & networks

Coverage is provided by local mobile operators in each destination. Voyaro does not own these networks and is not responsible for outages, throttling, or coverage gaps caused by the underlying operator or by local conditions.

7. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to resell without authorisation, or in a way that violates the acceptable-use rules of the underlying network operator.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyaro's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed communications or connectivity while travelling.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
