Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
An eSIM is a digital product. Once the eSIM QR code has been issued and delivered to you, it is generally non-refundable, because it cannot be reclaimed or resold. This policy explains the exceptions and how to request help.
1. Before your eSIM is issued
If you have paid but we have not yet delivered your eSIM QR code, you may cancel for a full refund. Just message us on WhatsApp before delivery.
2. After your eSIM is delivered
Once the QR code has been sent, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund, except in the fault cases below.
3. Faulty or non-working eSIM
If your eSIM does not work and the issue is on our side or the network provider's side, we will help you troubleshoot and, if it cannot be resolved, provide a replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Report the problem within 7 days of delivery.
- Confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked, and that you are in the plan's covered destination.
- Allow us to run basic troubleshooting (this resolves the large majority of issues).
Refunds are not available for issues caused by an incompatible or locked device, incorrect installation despite guidance, or being outside the plan's coverage area.
4. Wrong plan purchased
If you accidentally bought the wrong destination or plan and it has not been installed/activated, contact us — we will do our best to exchange it for the correct plan.
5. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or use our Contact page with your order reference. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original UPI account, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
