• Contact details — your name and WhatsApp/mobile number, which you provide when you order.
• Order & payment information — the plan you buy and your UPI payment reference or confirmation. We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or bank credentials.
• Provisioning details — the destination and eSIM assigned to your order, needed to fulfil and support it.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp) when you visit this website.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your order and provide customer support.
• To verify payment and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your questions and, where you have opted in, to send you relevant service updates.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with:

• Our eSIM supplier(s), to provision the eSIM for your chosen destination.
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our order conversations, subject to their own privacy terms.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
