Question 1

How do I get an eSIM for Saint Lucia?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan above and tap Buy online to pay by UPI here, or WhatsApp to order in a chat with us. Your eSIM QR code and the install steps arrive on your order page (or in the chat), usually within minutes. There is no physical SIM and nothing to ship.

Question 2

Which Saint Lucia plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Pick your trip length first, then the data. As a rough guide, about 500MB a day covers WhatsApp, maps and email; 1–2GB a day suits social media and browsing; video streaming or sharing data with a laptop needs 3GB a day or more.

Question 3

What is the difference between the plan types?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited (Fair-Use): Daily plans: full speed up to the day's allowance, then a slower speed until it resets the next day. Data never runs out. Limited: A fixed amount of data for the whole trip — once it's used up, buy another plan.

Question 4

When does my Saint Lucia plan start?

Accepted Answer

Most plans start on the first network connection at the destination, not when you buy, so you can install the eSIM before you travel. A few start on installation. An eSIM generally needs to be installed within about 180 days of purchase.

Question 5

Will my phone work?

Accepted Answer

It needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked: iPhone XS or XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and most recent flagship Android phones. Dial *#06# — if an EID number shows, the phone supports eSIM.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Before your eSIM QR is delivered you can cancel for a full refund. Once it is delivered it is generally non-refundable, but if it doesn't work because of a fault on our side or the network's, we replace it or refund you.
