How do I get an eSIM for Jersey?

When does my Jersey plan start?
Most plans start on the first network connection at the destination, not when you buy, so you can install the eSIM before you travel. A few start on installation. An eSIM generally needs to be installed within about 180 days of purchase.
Will my phone work?
It needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked: iPhone XS or XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and most recent flagship Android phones. Dial *#06# — if an EID number shows, the phone supports eSIM.
Can I get a refund?
Before your eSIM QR is delivered you can cancel for a full refund. Once it is delivered it is generally non-refundable, but if it doesn't work because of a fault on our side or the network's, we replace it or refund you.
